Maximum Liability: To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability to you for any and all claims arising out of or related to these Terms or your use of the Services shall not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you have paid to us for the use of the Services in the 3 months immediately preceding the event that gave rise to the claim, or (b) EUR €100.

11. INDEMNIFICATION

12. GOVERNING LAW AND DISPUTE RESOLUTION
Governing Law: These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by the laws of Romania, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Exclusive Jurisdiction: You agree that any dispute arising from or related to the subject matter of these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of the competent courts located in Romania.
EU Consumer Provisions: If you are a consumer residing in the European Union, you may benefit from any mandatory provisions of the law of the country in which you are resident. Nothing in these Terms affects your rights as a consumer to rely on such mandatory provisions of local law.
U.S. Residents: If you are a U.S. resident, you agree to comply with all applicable federal, state, and local laws. Nothing in these Terms is intended to limit any legal rights you may have under applicable U.S. law.

13. INTERNATIONAL USE
Given the global nature of the internet, you acknowledge and agree that you are responsible for compliance with all local laws and regulations applicable to your use of the Services, including the export and import regulations of other countries.

14. TERMINATION
Termination by Us: We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the Services, in whole or in part, at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including breach of these Terms.
Termination by You: You may stop using the Services at any time. If you wish to delete your account, you can contact us using the details provided below.
Effect of Termination: Upon termination, the rights and licenses granted to you under these Terms will immediately cease. Provisions which by their nature should survive termination (such as indemnities, limitations on liability, and governing law provisions) shall survive.

15. CHANGES TO THE SERVICES
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Services or any part thereof at any time, with or without notice. We are not liable if all or any part of the Services becomes unavailable at any time or for any period.
